After I reconstitute the powder in water at 5mg/ml, how long can it be stored?
Reconstituted product can be stored at 4˚C protected from light for short term for a week. However, for long term storage we recommend storing the reconstituted product at -20˚C, protected from light.
Could you recommend storage conditions for powder and reconstituted powder?
Always protect the powder from light and moisture. Please allow the powder to come to RT before opening to reduce condensation inside the vial. Powder can be stored at 4˚C for short term and -20˚C for long term storage at -20˚C up to a year. Please keep it protected from moisture and light.
Reconstituted Solution - Only reconstitute what is necessary and any remaining can be stored at -20˚C. Reconstituted Solution should be aliquoted and avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Fresh solution is recommended.
