Fluorogenic Azide Probes

Fluorogenic azide probes that are activated by Cu-catalyzed or metal-free click chemistry.

CalFluor 488 Azide is a fluorogenic azide probe that is activated by Cu-catalyzed or metal-free click reaction. This azide probe is not fluorescent until it is reacted with alkynes. CalFluor 488 Azide is a water-soluble probe, and its excitation band is a good match for the 488 nm laser lines (with FITC filter sets).

CalFluor 488 Azide (CCT-1369)

CalFluor 555 Azide is a fluorogenic azide probe that is activated by Cu-catalyzed or metal-free click reaction. This azide probe is not fluorescent until it is reacted with alkynes. CalFluor 555 Azide is water-soluble, and its excitation band is a good match for the 532 nm or 555 nm laser lines. Can be used with standard TRITC (tetramethylrhodamine) filter sets.

CalFluor 555 Azide (CCT-1370)

CalFluor 580 Azide is a fluorogenic azide probe that is activated by Cu-catalyzed or metal-free click reaction. This azide probe is not fluorescent until it is reacted with alkynes. CalFluor 580 Azide is a water-soluble probe, and its excitation band is a good match for the 568 nm or 591 nm laser lines.

CalFluor 580 Azide (CCT-1371)

CalFluor 647 Azide is a fluorogenic azide probe that is activated by Cu-catalyzed or metal-free click reaction. This azide probe is not fluorescent until it is reacted with alkynes. CalFluor 647 Azide is a water-soluble probe, and its excitation band is a good match for the 633 nm or 647 nm laser lines.
