FAQ
The recommended dilution is 1:9 on datasheet. So if I have 1ml cell lysate, how much of the cocktail should I add?
This inhibitor cocktail is generally effective when used at a 1X final concentration. Therefore, add 100 µl of cocktail solution per ml of lysis buffer. However, samples that contain high levels of proteases or phosphatases might require a more concentrated treatment (i.e, 2X -3X).
