PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Ion Exchange with over five decades of experience in providing innovative total water management solutions presents INDION Lab-Q Ultra a multipurpose water maker.

It produces Type 1 ultrapure water and Type 2 pure water simultaneously. The produced water has very low Total Organic Carbon (TOC)content, meeting the requirements of liquid chromatography and all spectroscopy methods, besides microbiological and molecular biology applications. It also meets ISO 3696, Type 1 standards. Dispensing of ultrapure water is configured on the front panel whereas pure water is dispensed from the storage tank. For feed water with higher level of TDS i.e. > 500 ppm a customised pretreatment module can be designed prior to INDION Lab-Q Ultra.

Features

• Online resistivity metre - displays product water quality for continuous monitoring
• Automatic Flush Device (AFD) - ensures periodic cleaning of the system
• Integrated recirculation system - ensures consistent water quality & reduces TOC to low levels (2-5 ppb)
• Dry run protection - ensures protection of the pump when the inlet water is unavailable
• Instant water dispensing with single touch user interface
• Produces Type 2 and Type 1 water from a single integrated unit to meet varied laboratory applications
• Option of 30 & 60 liter reservoir to meet daily usage
• Easy dispensing with one touch user interface
• High purity storage tank - a built-in UV, protective air filter and high grade tank material ensures sustained purity while in storage
