HepG2 cells were fixed,permeabilized and incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with TNFRSF19 Monoclonal Antibody(bsm-54773R)at 1:50 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2%BSA in PBS, followed by secondary antibody incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (red).
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human prostate cancer; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with TNFRSF19 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-54733R) at 1:200 for 30 minutes at room temperature, DAB staining.

| BACKGROUND |
TROY is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. This receptor is highly expressed during embryonic development. It has been shown to interact with TRAF family members, and to activate the JNK signaling pathway when overexpressed in cells. This receptor is capable of inducing apoptosis by a caspase-independent mechanism, and it is thought to play an essential role in embryonic development. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. |
