BACKGROUND |
CD70, a cytokine and also known as CD27 ligand, is a member of the tumor necrosis family. As a cytokine, CD70 plays a role in regulating B cell activation, cytotoxic function of natural killer cells, and immunoglobulin synthesis. Non-small cell lung cancer research has shown that CD70 increases the survivability of tumor cells and T cells by signaling through its receptor CD27. |
