SPECIFICITY

Anti-CD14 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (UCHM-1) recognizes Human CD14. Anti-Human CD14 recognizes a (Mr 55 kDa) cell surface glycoprotein expressed on most peripheral blood monocytes.

PURIFICATION METHOD

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

ANTIGEN DISTRIBUTION

The CD14 antigen is expressed on approximately 70-95% of human peripheral blood monocytes. It is also found on other cells of myeloid lineage including granulocytes, dendritic reticulum cells and pleural phagocytic cells.

STORAGE CONDITION

anti-CD14 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (UCHM-1) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
