SPECIFICITY |
Anti-CD11c In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (3.9) recognizes Human CD11c. Anti-Human CD11c the (Mr 150 kDa) a-chain of the CD11c/CD18 complex. The antigen is the complement receptor type 4 (CR4). CD11c is an a/B heterodimeric glycoprotein which belongs to the B2 integrin family. It is also known as gp 150/95. |
PURIFICATION METHOD |
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype. |
ANTIGEN DISTRIBUTION |
The CD11c antigen is present on monocytes and in lower density on granulocytes and NK cells. The antigen is strongly expressed in hairy cell leukemia and in some acute myeloid leukemias. Anti-Human CD11c (clone 3.9) stains macrophages in acetone-fixed frozen section of human lung, brain, colon, skin, spleen, thymus and tonsil. |
