After years of research and design, our company invents the intelligent freezing machine specially for producing rubber hose. It could make the rubber hose frozen instantly and avoiding the metal push the rubber and the rough edges.
In the rubber hose industry, there are some troubles bothering them for a very long time. That are the metal will push the rubber and the rough edges. In order to improve the quality of high-pressure hose, manufacturers usually use compressor or carbon dioxide ice to solve these problems, but the cost would be very high.
