The EZ-Vac 96 Vacuum Manifold is designed for the high-throughput, rapid parallel manual purification of nucleic acid using the ZymoPURE 96 Plasmid Miniprep Kit. The vacuum manifold allows researchers to simplify their nucleic acid purification workflows further by eliminating the need for multiple centrifugation steps through the use of a vacuum. The unique manifold design also conveniently allows the filtrate and wash solutions to be collected in an external catch flask (not included), eliminating the need for manifold disassembly and waste handling.
