Product Overview
Description
The BL-LD5M Benchtop Low Speed Ventilated Centrifuge is a compact and powerful laboratory instrument capable of handling a wide range of centrifugation tasks. With a maximum speed of 5000 RPM and a maximum relative centrifugal force (RCF) of 5200, it can effectively process various sample types, including 15ml, 50ml, and 100ml tubes, as well as vacuum blood collection tubes with different numbers of holes.
Equipped with an intuitive LCD screen, the BL-LD5M allows for easy monitoring and adjustment of parameters. Users can conveniently set the desired RPM or RCF, and the machine automatically converts between the two units. Additionally, the centrifuge features 12 user-defined programs for quick and efficient centrifugation of frequently used protocols.
Safety is a top priority in the BL-LD5M. The centrifuge incorporates a microprocessor control system for precise operation and includes an imbalance detection mechanism using a three-axis gyroscope to prevent damage in case of uneven sample distribution. A motorized electronic door lock ensures safe operation, preventing the door from opening while the rotor is spinning. The gas hinge mechanism further enhances safety by preventing the door from falling unexpectedly.
The BL-LD5M is constructed with high-quality materials, including a thick and strong steel housing for durability and a food-grade 304 stainless steel chamber for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. The centrifuge is equipped with a steel or stainless-steel swing-out rotor, which is autoclavable for sterilization purposes.
