Robust mutation screening of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes.

Format
The product consists of semi skirted PCR plates, containing dried down primer pairs in optimized concentrations, covering the both BRCA genes to screen for mutations in the complete coding region including +50 bp up- and downstream of each coding exon of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes.

Compatibility
Streamlined workflow for detecting mutations in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. EasySeq™ PCR plates for BRCA1 and BRCA2 sequencing are offered in prespotted semi-skirted PCR plates. The plates contain primer pairs to generate 80 PCR products. These primer pairs are designed and optimized so that the gained PCR product covers 100% of the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. Also included are sections of approximately 50 base pairs up- and downstream of each exon.
