The Zymo-Seq RiboFree Kit Effectively Depletes rRNA from Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) Human Tissue RNA. Total RNA (500 ng) from FFPE tissues was used as input per sample with only one modification to the standard protocol: column cleanup using RNA Clean & Concentrator was adopted after depletion.
