BOD INCUBATOR BL-INC-400

BIOPREP BOD INCUBATOR BL-INC-400 designed to obtain freezing, incubating, drying and test temperatures between 2° to + 44°C (±0.5°C). It has stainless steel chamber and two doors, when the outer metallic door is opened there is inner glass door. Very good uniformity is achieved by forced air circulation. A PID temperature controller provides constant and accurate temperature. Inside power socket enable the use of the shaker rotator or other instrument inside. Cable port with cup is available upon request.

It has 304-4 stainless steel body, 24-gauge smooth white galvanized exterior, NSF compliant seam design, Overall wall thickness 2", Foamed-in-place non-CFC insulation and one 1¼" diameter access port on right-hand wall. Chamber floor equipped with floor drain and hose assembly, contains casters assembly and adjustable levelling legs to compensate for floor unevenness, Woodless construction using 2" thick foamed-in-place non-CFC Urethane insulation with 93% closed cell, R-value of 12.5, K-value of 0.16 and density of 2.2 lbs/ft3.

Temperature:

 2° to + 44°C (±0.5°C).
 Adjustable high and low-temperature controls, audible alarms, and visual indicators
 Controls shut down all power to the chamber, activating alarms. The system should automatically restart when the temperature returns to the normal range.
 Self-contained air-cooled condensing unit with hot gas bypass system for continuous compressor operation, extended life and close temperature control, temperature control by alternately cycling refrigerant and hot gas to coil.
 Top-mounted refrigeration system allowing easy access for maintenance
 Ceiling mounted evaporator coil incorporating twin air circulation fans in aluminium housing (heat rejection to ambient = 2900 BTU/hr.
 Solenoid valves with extended stem.

Door:

 One door opening 29.2" x 57.5"provides full access to the chamber interior magnetic gasket provides a tight seal to door frame

Interior space:

 29.7 ft3 with work area of 32.3 ft2 on six tiers
 Should have a minimum plant growth height of 8-10 inches per tier/shelf.
 Six tiers of white epoxy coated steel wire shelving each shelf is 27"D x 28.7"W
 Shelves are supported by shelf clips allowing ½" vertical adjustments

Volume:
