Flow cytometric analysis of BOB1 was done on THP-1 cells. The cells were fixed, permeabilized and stained with the primary antibody (bsm-54659R, 1/50) (red). After incubation of the primary antibody at room temperature for an hour, the cells were stained with a Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary antibody at 1/1000 dilution for 30 minutes.Unlabelled sample was used as a control (cells without incubation with primary antibody; black).
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human tonsil; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with BOB1 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bsm-54659R) at 1:200 for 30 minutes at room temperature, DAB staining.
