Omicron (B.1.1.529) Spike RBD protein Available from ProSci

ProSci has launched Omicron variant spike RBD protein with 15 mutations: Cat. No. 21-801 (G339D, S371L, S373P, S375F, K417N, N440K, G446S, S477N, T478K, E484A, Q493K, G496S, Q498R, N501Y, Y505H)

The Omicron variant has been designated as a variant of concern (VOC) by the WHO.

Omicron is now designated as the most contagious variant with at least twice the spreading speed compared to the Delta variant according to scientists in southern Africa.

Omicron variant spike protein includes mutations, deletions, and insertions, which are related to transmissibility increase, immune escape, and resistance to monoclonal antibody treatments.
